Overview
This project focuses on the mathematical modeling of biological circadian rhythms. By simulating systems of differential equations, it visualizes how various light exposure patterns influence stable and aperiodic oscillatory behaviors in organisms.
The simulation utilizes Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs) to model biological processes. It employs Hopf bifurcation analysis to study system stability and produces visualizations of limit cycles and equilibrium points under different forcing functions to illustrate complex biological dynamics.
